Opened in 2006 by Brian Blessed and recently refurbished, Dearne Playhouse is one of the Dearne Valley’s leading venues for shows, comedies, musicals and plays. The Playhouse (home to the first ever Dearne Community Arts’ Festival in 2017) prides itself on staging high standard professional productions as well as giving local talent the best of opportunies.
